Ten: Cinquain

Definition: a cinquain is a short, usually non-rhyming poetic form. It contains 22 syllables distributed within 5 lines in the following pattern: 2, 4, 6, 8, 2.

i breathe my heart
to these mute fields he'll love
me one day the empty seat sighs
